CITY OF HOMER
2015 Camp Fee Collection Cabin – SURPLUS SALE
Sealed bids will be received for the sale of the City of Homer’s Camp Fee Collection Cabin until 3:00 p.m. Thursday, September 3, 2015 at the City Clerk’s Office, City of Homer, 491 E. Pioneer Drive, Homer, AK 99603. Sealed bids must be on the proper bid form provided by the City. The required Plan Holder Registration Form and bid form are available on line at http://www.cityofhomer-ak.gov/rfps
All bidders must submit a City of Homer Plan Holders Registration Form to be on the Plan Holders List and to be considered responsive.
The City of Homer is selling a 24 foot by 12 foot three-sided log cabin with porch. The building has a working toilet room and two rooms with interconnecting doors as well as two exterior doors for each room. It has a metal roof.
Inspection of the building may be arranged by contacting Dan Gardner or Angie Otteson at 907 235-3170 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday until the bid date.
The building will be sold in “as is, where is” condition, no warranties expressed or implied. The City reserves the right, when in its best interest, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities. The building must be paid for within five working days of the bid opening. The building must be removed within sixty (60) calendar days of the bid opening.
