Tuesday and Wednesday at 10:00 am
Preschool storytime is a fun early literacy program for kids ages 3-5 and their caregivers. Siblings are welcome!
Join us for an hour of interactive stories, songs, rhymes, games, and accompanying activities perfect for preschoolers. The early literacy practices featured each week help build the foundation for a lifelong love of learning.
For parents and caregivers, storytime offers an opportunity to experience early literacy practices in action, to discover great books, music, and digital media great for sharing with children at home, and to socialize with other parents after storytime. The weekly themes are posted at the library each month (the same program is offered on Tuesday and Wednesday).
Preschool storytimes are now held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 10:00 am in the Joy Griffin Children's Room at the Library. Tuesday storytime will be offered from September through May. Wednesday storytime occurs year-round.
If you have questions about storytime, early literacy, or our other children’s programs, please contact library staff.
