fizzing flask and books

Adults, if you are 19 or over, Summer@HPL is for you, too! REGISTER HERE.

May 25  through August 1
All programs are FREE!

Record your reading in the digital (or paper) reading log and enter to win a grand prize just for adults!  Join the monthly HPL Book Club, read with your kids, or enjoy a good book, audiobook, or e-book on your own during our long summer days.

Once you are registered, start reading! An online reading log will be available each week, or you can pick up a simple paper log at the library. Simply record your reading time.

Everyone who reads more than 2,000 minutes between May 25 and August 1 will be entered in the drawing for one of two grand prizes! (Drawing will held on Monday, August 4th. Need not be present to win.)

Stop by the library to discover good reads, interesting movies, and must hear audiobooks in the library’s 'Check It Out' displays or online at ListenAlaska. Don’t forget to follow us on Facebook and Twitter to keep up to date on library happenings.

Events are held at the library except where noted.
