Contract Award Recommendation
The City opened bids for this project on September 6, 2012. Eight bids were received:

Recommendations:
The City Council pass a resolution awarding the contract for Hornaday Park Red Shed Removal project to Arctic General Contracting, of Ninilchik, Alaska in the amount of $3,250, and authorize the City Manager to execute all appropriate documents to complete construction.
