Subject: Award of Construction Contract
Homer Restroom Facilities Improvements Project

On May 9, 2013 bids were opened for the Homer Restroom Facilities Improvements Project 2013.  This work was advertised in the Homer News and the Peninsula Clarion during the month of April. 

This project consists of constructing 4 new restrooms.  Two of which will be located on the Spit and two restrooms will be located in town.  This project will be funded by the cruise ship head tax grant from the State of Alaska.

Four responsive bids were received from qualified firms.  The bid results were totaled by lump sum for all four restrooms and the results are.
