SUBJECT: CORRECTION OF ACCOUNT NO. ON ORDINANCE 13-20(S)
Accounting Supervisor Laurie Moore has notified me the account number supplied for the Legislative Grant for Harbor Projects on Ordinance 13-20(S) is incorrect. The correct account number for the Municipal Harbor Matching Grant Projects is 415-920. The ordinance should be corrected to reflect the correct account number for accounting purposes.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the correction of Account No. 415-934 for Municipal Harbor Matching Grant Projects to Account No. 415-920.
