SUBJECT: CORRECTION OF ACCOUNT NUMBER ON ORDINANCE 13-39
Accounting Supervisor Laurie Moore has notified me the account number supplied for the Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant from the State of Alaska Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation in the Amount of $75,000 and Appropriating the Required Local Match in the Amount of $75,000 for Improvements to Karen Hornaday Park on Ordinance 13-39 is incorrect. The correct account number for the local matching funds for the Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant Project is 100-0100. The ordinance should be corrected to reflect the correct account number for accounting purposes.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the correction of Account No. 100-0375 for the local matching funds for the Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant Project to 100-0100.
