SUBJECT: 2016 MEETING SCHEDULE
The Port & Harbor Advisory Commission reviewed the proposed 2016 Regular Meeting Schedule under New Business at the regular meeting on October 28, 2015. The following is an excerpt from the minutes of that meeting:

Draft Resolution Establishing the 2016 Meeting Schedule
The commission discussed their 2016 meeting schedule.
HOWARD/STOCKBURGER MOVED TO CANCEL THE MEETING IN NOVEMBER AND CHANGE THE DECEMBER MEETING TO DECEMBER 7th.
Deputy City Clerk Jacobsen noted that December 7th is also a Planning Commission meeting night so they will likely be meeting upstairs and will be subject to availability of a clerk. The Commission agreed that is acceptable.
VOTE: NON OBJECTION: UNANIMOUS CONSENT.
