Map of Lots Excluded from HSAD

This map shows lots that will not be assessed in the Homer Natural Gas Special Assessment District. Excluded lots have access to gas but will not be assessed (red).  Black lots will have no access to gas (no pipe will be laid in their street). The reasons for not including certain lots are lined on in Resolution 12-076 and include a lot not bordering a public right of way, a park, undeveloped access or where a lot of pipe serves a limited number of customers.
