ORDINANCE 10-17

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, AMENDING THE FY 2010 BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING $6,600.00 FROM THE PORT AND HARBOR RESERVES FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ELECTRIC AT THE STEEL GRID.

WHEREAS, The Port has received numerous requests to add a vessel power pedestal to the steel grid to allow vessel owners to “plug in” while utilizing the grid; and

WHEREAS, A bid contract for installation of electric at the steel grid was solicited in December 2009; and

WHEREAS, The low bid for installation of electric at the steel grid was $6,600.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF HOMER ORDAINS:

Section 1. The Homer City Council hereby amends the FY 2010 Budget by appropriating $6,600 from the Port and Harbor Reserves for installation of electric at the steel grid as follows:
