ORDINANCE 10-45

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, AMENDING HCC 1.24.040, BY-LAWS FOR COUNCIL PROCEDURE, TO INCORPORATE SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS TO THE COUNCIL AGENDA FORMAT.

WHEREAS, HCC 1.24.040(c) adopts by reference the agenda format for regular Council meetings in the Homer City Council Operating Manual; and

WHEREAS, The Council from time to time may change the agenda format for regular Council meetings by amending the Homer City Council Operating Manual, and such amendments also should be adopted by reference under HCC 1.24.040(c).

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF HOMER ORDAINS:

Section 1. Subsection (c) of HCC 1.24.040, is amended to read as follows:

c. The Council's agenda format specified in the City of Homer City Council Operating Manual, as the same may be amended from time to time, is incorporated herein by reference.

Section 2. This Ordinance is of a permanent and general character and shall be included in the City Code.
