ORDINANCE 14-24
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, AMENDING HOMER CITY CODE 2.68.030 PROCEEDINGS OF COMMISSION, TO CHANGE THE MEETING SCHEDULE OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY COMMISSION.
THE CITY OF HOMER ORDAINS:
Section 1. Homer City Code 2.68.030, Proceedings of Commission, is hereby amended to read as follows:
2.68.030 Proceedings of commission. The Commission shall meet regularly once a month in the months of February through June and August through November, and at the call of the Chairperson or a majority of the Commission. Permanent records or minutes shall be kept of the vote of each member upon every question. Every decision or finding shall immediately be filed in the office of the City Clerk, and shall be a public record open to inspection by any person. Every decision or finding shall be directed to the City Council at the earliest possible date.
Section 2. This Ordinance is of a permanent and general character and shall be included in the City Code.
ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, this 9th day of June, 2014.
