Alaska Derelict Vessel Task Force

The purpose of the ad-hoc Alaska ADV Task Force is to bring together state and federal agencies, municipalities and other interested stakeholders to address ADV (Alaska Derelict Vessels) in Alaska in a coordinated manner.

Cook Inletkeeper and Alaska Clean Harbors convened the group after establishing interest from multiple stakeholder to move forward following the passage of HB131. The Task Force is currently an informal group of stakeholders working to improve coordination for addressing ADV and identifying long-term needs for prevention and effective management of ADV around Alaska.

Here you can find meeting summaries, updates from the Task Force, and a wealth of knowledge concerning Alaska Derelict Vessels.
