RESOLUTION 12-089
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, MAINTAINING THE PORT OF HOMER TERMINAL TARIFF NO. 600 AT THE CURRENT RATES.
WHEREAS, Fees are reviewed annually during the budget cycle; and
WHEREAS, It was determined there were no adjustments to the Port of Homer Terminal Tariff No. 600 at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby maintains the Port of Homer Terminal Tariff No. 600 at the current rates.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of Homer, Alaska, this _____ day of December, 2012.
