Create a video promoting the Summer Reading Program and you could win $275!
Teens 13-18 can enter their interpretation of the 2013 teen slogan "Beneath the Surface" for a chance to win money for themselves and an award for their local library. Each state will have their own winner, so Alaskans are only competing with other Alaskans.
