A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, AMENDING THE HOMER CITY COUNCIL OPERATING MANUAL TO INCLUDE A CITY ATTORNEY REPORT IN THE AGENDA FORMAT FOR REGULAR COUNCIL MEETINGS.
WHEREAS, The Council has adopted and from time to time may amend a Homer City Council Operating Manual, which, among other things, establishes the agenda format for regular Council meetings; and
WHEREAS, The Council has determined that it is appropriate to amend the Homer City Council Operating Manual to include a City Attorney report in the agenda format for regular Council meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Homer City Council Operating Manual is amended to add the following new Item No. 11 to the agenda format for regular Council meetings, with the subsequent agenda items being renumbered accordingly:
11. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT
The Attorney reports to the City Council. Questions and answers between the Council and the Attorney are appropriate. Official action is not taken by the Council under this agenda item. A monthly report will be provided in the Council informational packet.
