RESOLUTION 11-095

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, MAINTAINING THE PORT OF HOMER TERMINAL TARIFF NO. 600 AT THE CURRENT RATES.

WHEREAS, Fees are reviewed annually during the budget cycle; and

WHEREAS, It was determined that there was no adjustment to the Port of Homer Terminal Tariff No. 600 fee schedule at this time.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby maintains the Port of Homer Terminal Tariff No. 600 at the current rates.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of Homer, Alaska, this 12th day of December, 2011.
