A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, APPROVING A PROPOSED LAND SALE AND EASEMENT/LONG DRIVEWAY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF HOMER AND HARMON AND PAULI HALL, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, Harmon and Pauli Hall are the owners of the Pioneer Building at 265 E. Pioneer Avenue and they have been engaged in extensive expansion and renovation on the building and the property; and
