SUBJ: RECONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE 02-44, OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOMER, ALASKA AMENDING HCC 21.69.020, PUBLIC HEARING PROCEDURES, TO PUBLISH NOTICE AT LEAST ONCE IN A PAPER OF GENERAL CIRCULATION.

During the Regular Council meeting of November 25, 2002, under the Agenda Item, Council Comments, Councilmember Kranich issued notice of reconsideration of Ordinance 02-44, Of the City Council of the City of Homer, Alaska, Amending HCC 21.69.020, Public Hearing Procedures, to Publish Notice at Least Once in a Paper of General Circulation.

If reconsideration passes, the Ordinance is back before the Council under Ordinances as Item B. and the main motion is back on the floor. FENSKE/BECK - MOVED FOR THE ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE 02-44 BY READING OF TITLE FOR SECOND AND FINAL READING.

RECOMMENDATION:

APPROVE THE RECONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE 02-44.
