SUBJ: ANIMAL SHELTER SITE SELECTION

Resolution 02-65(A) was adopted on September 23, 2002 regarding the site selection for the Homer Animal Shelter. In lieu of conducting a Special Meeting on January 20^th, a holiday, I placed this matter on the agenda for the Regular Meeting of January 13, 2003.

RECOMMENDATION:

Review the site selection for the animal shelter as submitted by the City Manager. Review other input received to date. Approve or start the process to approve a site for the animal shelter.
