Notice of the renewal for the following licenses was received on January 7, 2003:

Package Store Seasonal

Patel’s, Patel’s #2, Homer Liquor and Wine Company

Package Store

Grog Shop, Rum Locker

Recreational Site

Kachemak Bowl

Restaurant/Easting Place - Public Convenience

Boardwalk Fish and Chips

Beverage Dispensary

Don Jose’s Mexican Restaurant, and Beluga Lake Lodge.

Notice of renewal for the following license was received on January 14, 2003:

Beverage Dispensary Tourism

Beluga Lake Lodge

Memoranda from Chief of Police Robl state that the Homer Police Department have no objections to these liquor license renewals. Letters from the Borough noted non objection.

RECOMMENDATION:

It is the recommendation of staff that the Homer City Council "voice non objection and approval" for the renewal of the above listed Liquor Licenses
