SUBJ: TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION FOR THE MAYOR, CITY COUNCIL AND CITY MANAGER TO ATTEND THE AML/ACoM
SUMMER MEETING IN GIRDWOOD JULY 21 THROUGH 22.
The City of Homer Procurement Policy and Procedures Manual, page 50, sets for the procedure for Travel Authorization for Mayor, Council and
Staff. Travel authorization is required for trips exceeding $250 total estimated cost. This authorization request is for the Mayor, City Council
and/or City Manager to attend the AML/ACoM Summer Meeting in Girdwood July 21 - 22, 2003.
Room rates estimated at $100 per day, travel is $0.36 per mile for POV.
Per diem is $53.00 per day, three meals each.
RECOMMENDATION:
Authorize the Mayor, City Council and City Manager to travel to Girdwood for the Annual AML Legislative Conference
