Subject: Ordinance 03-45 Acceptance of Grant Agreement

In January 2003, the City of Homer was awarded a grant from the EPA to study the wetlands within the City of Homer and the Bridge Creek Watershed Protection District. The grant agreement is for the amount of $195, 527, with $127,302 provided by the EPA and $68,225 provided by the City as matching funds. The grant agreement is for a timeline for May 2003 through April 2007.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve Ordinance 03-45
