SUBJECT: Independent Economic Analysis of Retail/Wholesale Development

At the July 2, 2003 Homer Advisory Planning Commission meeting the Commission voiced unanimous support for an independent economic analysis. The Commission suggested the report be completed within six months or coincide with the Commission’s submittal of the “Large Retail And Wholesale Structure Development, Impact Statement And Standards” to the Council.
