SUBJ: REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO AS '44.62.310(C)(2), SUBJECTS THAT TEND TO PREJUDICE THE REPUTATION AND CHARACTER OF ANY PERSON, PROVIDED THE PERSON MAY REQUEST A PUBLIC DISCUSSION.

The City Council approved the Recommendation of Memorandum 03-90(A) during the May 27th Regular Council Meeting, that recommendation was to Conduct the City Manager's evaluation on July 28, 2003 via Executive Session.

City Manager Wrede did not object to the evaluation being conducted via Executive Session at the time the Memorandum was adopted.

RECOMMENDATION:

Approve the request for Executive Session and conduct under New Business as Item A.
