SUBJ: REAPPOINTMENT OF BRUCE HESS TO THE HOMER ADVISORY PLANNING COMMISSION.

Bruce Hess has indicated a desire to continue to serve the City of Homer on the Homer Advisory Planning Commission. Pursuant to Memorandum 03-54, Mr. Hess was appointed to fill a vacancy to expire July 1, 2003. This reappointment is for a three year term and will expire, July 1, 2006.

RECOMMENDATION:

Confirm the appointment of Bruce Hess to the Homer Advisory Planning Commission.
