SUBJ: LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWALS FOR THE ALICE’S CHAMPAGNE PALACE AND LAND’S END.

Notice of the renewals for Beverage Dispensary Liquor Licenses for Land’s End was received on January 8, 2003 and for Alice’s Champagne Palace was received on January 24, 2003:

Memoranda from Chief of Police Robl state that the Homer Police Department have no objections to these liquor license renewals. The Kenai Peninsula Borough has issued no objection.

RECOMMENDATION:

It is the recommendation of staff that the Homer City Council "voice non objection and approval" for the renewal of the above listed Liquor Licenses
