SUBJ: APPOINTMENT OF KYRA WAGNER TO THE LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD.

Kyra Wagner has indicated her desire to serve on the Library Advisory Board and submitted a Commissioner Data Sheet on October 20, 2003. Janelle L. Siekaniec has advised that she is unable to continue to serve on the Library Advisory Board. Ms. Wagner is a City Resident and will be filling the Siekaniec vacancy. Her term will expire April 1, 2004 at which time she may request reappointment for the remainder of the term which would expire April 1, 2005.

RECOMMENDATION:

Confirm the appointment of Kyra Wagner to the Homer Library Advisory Board for a one year term to expire April 1, 2004.
