Central Radar Lease
Attached is a lease agreement
with William Tener and the City of Homer to lease Lot 88-1 of the Homer spit
subdivision #2 amended, to operate a
Marine Electronics retail and repair facility
The lease term is from
November 1, 2003 through November 1, 2013, two additional five-year renewal
periods. The lease rate is $6,960.00
per year, plus tax.
RECOMMENDATION:
Homer City Council approval
of the attached lease agreement between the City of Homer and William Tener,
DBA South Central Radar.
