SUBJ: REAPPOINTMENT OF PAUL MCCOLLUM TO THE PRINCE WILLIAM SOUND REGIONAL CITIZEN'S ADVISORY COUNCIL FOR A TWO YEAR TERM.

I have received notification that Paul McCollum's term expires March 13/14, 2003 on the Prince William Sound Regional Citizen's Advisory Council (PWSRCAC). Mr. McCollum has served the City well. I recommend reappointment for another two year term. The new term would expire March 2005.

RECOMMENDATION:

Confirm the reappointment of Paul McCollum to the PWSRCAC for another two year term.

Fiscal Note: little to no impact.
