SUBJECT: DESIGNATION OF CITY ENGINEER

The city has no one designated as City Engineer, as is required to sign various documents. Carey Meyer, Public Works Director, is a registered civil engineer, and it would appear to be appropriate to bless him with this designation.

RECOMMENDATION: Appoint Carey Meyer as Homer City Engineer.
