Block, Deep Creek, Desperate Marine, Snug Harbor Seafood’s And Dana Besecker Leases
Attached are lease agreements
with Auction Block, Deep Creek, Desperate Marine, Snug Harbor Seafood’s And
Dana Besecker and the City of Homer to lease portions of Lot 9, 10 & 11,
City of Homer Industrial No. 3 to operate fish buying offices and Marine
support shop (Hydraulics Shop) .
The
lease term is from December 1, 2003 through November 30, 2004. The lease rate is Auction Block-$150, Deep
Creek-$1,000, Desperate Marine-$375, Snug Harbor Seafood’s-$665 And Dana
Besecker-$550 per month, plus tax.
RECOMMENDATION:
Homer City Council approval
of the attached lease agreements between the City of Homer and Auction Block,
Deep Creek, Desperate Marine, Snug Harbor Seafood’s And Dana Besecker.
