SUBJ: LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL FOR UNCLE THIRSTY'S LIQUOR STORE

Notice was received on November 19, 2003, from the ABC Board, of the pending Package Store Liquor License Renewal for Uncle Thirsty's Liquor Store, License No. 2301, located at 59909 East End Road.

Memorandum from Chief of Police and Letter from the Kenai Peninsula Borough are in non objection to this renewal.

RECOMMENDATION:

Voice non objection and approval to the Package Store Liquor License Renewal for Uncle Thirsty's Liquor Store.
