SUBJ: GRISWOLD APPEAL ON DENIAL OF PORTION OF RECORDS REQUEST

The portion of the records request that was denied pertains to the Council's authorized Zoning Violation Survey, which the Council kept confidential and never released.

Council needs to either uphold the denial of the records or move to release this survey and grant the request for these records.

Pursuant to AS §44.62.310(c) Council may deliberate in Executive Session regarding the confidential survey.

RECOMMENDATION:

Release the survey and grant the records request in entirety.
