SUBJ: LOCAL BIDDER PREFERENCE ORDINANCE

Quite simply there have been no objections or negative issues reported or filed regrading the local bidder preference as adopted via Ordinance 01-13(S)(A) on April 23, 2001 and codified as HCC 3.16.080.

Council asked for a review in 24 months and that it would require a vote of the Council to be continued..

RECOMMENDATION:

Approve the continuation of HCC 3.16.080.
