Subject:           Ocean Drive Bluff Erosion Control Project

                        Acceptance of Construction


 


All improvements have been constructed and inspected.  Public Works has determined that all work required by the design/build contract has been competed and will accept the project as complete on behalf of the LID property owners.  The total cost of the project is estimated to be $1,039,875; although bonding and insurance costs have yet to be fixed.

 

Recommendation:  The City Council initiate finalization of the LID assessments as recommended by Public Works and the City Manager.
