US Coast Guard Lease
Attached is a lease
agreement
with US Coast Guard and the City of Homer to lease Lot 20 (KPB
#181-03-445). to
construct a cutter support facility.
The
lease term is from June 1, 2003 through September 30, 2003, with twenty
additional, consecutive one year periods (October 1- September 30). The lease rate is $825.83 per month.
RECOMMENDATION:
Homer City Council
approval
of the attached lease agreement between the City of Homer and US Coast
Guard.
