Snug Harbor Seafood’s Lease
Attached is a lease agreement with Snug
Harbor Seafood’s and the City of Homer to lease a the second upstairs
office
above South Central Radar and 2400± sq
ft of outside storage on lot 10, City of Homer Industrial No. 3 to
operate a
fish buying office.
The
lease term is from May 1, 2003 through November 30, 2003.
The lease rate is $665.00 per month, plus
tax.
RECOMMENDATION:
Homer City Council
approval of the attached lease agreement between the City of Homer and
Snug
Harbor Seafoods.
