RE: FISH FACTORY, LLC LEASE
Attached is a lease agreement with Fish Factory, LLC and the City of Homer to lease a portion of Lot 12B City of Homer
Industrial No. 3, 17 ft wide and 225 ft long (3825 sq. ft.) along the fence behind the fish grinder building for storage.
The lease term is from April 1, 2003 through December 31, 2003. The lease rate is $96.00 per month plus tax.
RECOMMENDATION:
Homer City Council approval of the attached lease agreement between the City of Homer and Fish Factory LLC.
