SUBJ: CANCEL COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE AND REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY, MAY 26TH, MEMORIAL DAY AND SCHEDULE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE AND REGULAR MEETING FOR TUESDAY, MAY 27TH AT THE REGULAR TIMES.

Pursuant to Council's Operating Manual, Section 3, Page 2, Subsection, City Council Meetings: "It is the policy of the City Council to avoid holding regular and special meetings on State and Federal Holidays. Therefore, since the second meeting in May falls on Monday, May 26th which is Memorial Day, the Regular Meeting and Committee of the Whole should be rescheduled to Tuesday, May 27th at the regular times and place.

RECOMMENDATION:

Approve conducting the May 26th meetings on Tuesday, May 27th.
