SUBJ: APPOINTMENT OF DON HENRY TO THE PUBLIC ARTS COMMITTEE.

Pursuant to HCC §18.07.060 the City Council shall appoint a Public Arts Committee consisting of seven members and that appointments will be for two year terms.

Five members were appointed on April 28, 2003.

Don Henry is an artist and is a City employee at Public Works.

RECOMMENDATION:

Appoint Don Henry to the Public Arts Committee for a term of two years.
