Attached is the Memorandum of Understanding that I mentioned in previous memos. This agreement is between the City, the Library Advisory Board, and the Friends of the Library. The MOU outlines and formalizes the responsibilities of the parties so that we can maximize our resources and be as effective as possible in reaching our common goal.
RECOMMENDATION: Approval
