SUBJ: REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO AS '44.62.310(C)(1), MATTERS, THE IMMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE OF WHICH WOULD CLEARLY HAVE AN ADVERSE EFFECT UPON THE FINANCES OF THE GOVERNMENT UNIT. OCEAN DRIVE LOOP BLUFF EROSION CONTROL (SEAWALL) PROJECT AND GATES SPIT LEASE.

City Manager Wrede requests an Executive Session with the Council regrading the Seawall Project and Gates Spit leases to discussion these matters confidentially.

The City Attorney will participate telephonically as needed.

RECOMMENDATION:

Approve the request for Executive Session and conduct immediately.

Fiscal Note: Attorney time per contract.
