SUBJ: REAPPOINTMENT OF ANNE MARIE HOLEN AS HOMER'S ELECTED/CITY OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE ON THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AND RACHEL LIVINGSTON AND JACK CUSHING AS HER ALTERNATES.

Anne Marie Holen, Administrative Assistant/Project Development was appointed to the Economic Development District (EDD), via Memorandum 02-31 during a Regular City Council meeting on June 10, 2002. Her term expired December 31, 2003. This new appointment is for a three year term and will expire December 31, 2006.

Rachel Livingston, Administrative Assistant, has agreed to continue to serve as a joint alternate with myself. The alternate term expires December 31, 2006. We were appointed as alternates via the same action the appointed Anne Marie Holen in 2002.

RECOMMENDATION:

Confirm the appointment of Anne Marie Holen as Homer's Elected/City Official Representative on the EDD and Rachel Livingston and Mayor Jack Cushing as her joint alternates with all terms to expire December 31, 2006.
