SUBJ: LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL FOR FINN'S AND LOCATION TRANSFER FOR RUM LOCKER.

Notice was received on July 12, 2004 from the ABC Board, for the Renewal of the Restaurant Eating Place Seasonal Liquor License for Finn's, located at 4287 Homer Spit Road. Finn's is owned by Finn's LLC and the agent is Bjorn Larson.

Notice was received on July 6, 2004 from the ABC Board, for the location transfer for the Package Store Liquor License for the Rum Locker, new location 276 Olsen Lane Suite #3. The Rum Locker is owned by Patel Enterprises Inc. and the agent is K.A. Parmley.

The Chief of Police and Kenai Peninsula Borough have issued no objections to the Liquor License renewal or the Liquor License location transfer.

RECOMMENDATION:

Voice non objection and approval of the Liquor License Renewal for Finn's and the Liquor License location transfer for the Rum Locker.
