SUBJ: REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO AS 44.62.310(C)(1), MATTERS, THE IMMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE OF WHICH WOULD CLEARLY HAVE AN ADVERSE EFFECT UPON THE FINANCES OF THE GOVERNMENT UNIT AND FOR ATTORNEY CLIENT PRIVILEGE. (HURLEN LAWSUIT - PIONEER DOCK PROJECT AND OCEAN DRIVE LOOP BLUFF EROSION CONTROL/SEAWALL PROJECT.)

City Manager Wrede requests an executive Session with the Council regarding the Hurlen Lawsuit and Pioneer Dock Project to discuss these matter confidentially.

The City Attorney will participate telephonically as needed.

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommend approval and, pursuant to Council's Operating Manual, conduct just prior to Audience Comments unless the Mayor calls for it to be held at another point
