SUBJECT:       Planning Commission review of Ordinance adding indoor/outdoor recreational uses to UR, RR, GC1, GC2, MC, MI and OSR zoning districts and outdoor recreation facilities to CBD zoning district.

 

 

At the regular meeting of the Homer Advisory Planning Commission held September 1, 2004, the Commission held a public hearing to take testimony on the above referenced ordinance.  Several people testified in favor of the ordinance.  No one testified in opposition to the ordinance.

 

The Commission recommends the City Council adopt the ordinance, with the removal of bowling alleys from lines 162, and 179. The Commission further recommends miniature golf courses be removed from lines 165 and 182.
