SUBJ: REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO AS 44.62.310(C)(1), MATTERS, THE IMMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE OF WHICH WOULD CLEARLY HAVE AN ADVERSE EFFECT UPON THE FINANCES OF THE GOVERNMENT UNIT AND FOR ATTORNEY CLIENT PRIVILEGE. (UPDATE ON LEGAL MATTERS).

City Manager Wrede, at Councilmember Wythe's request, Requests an executive Session with the Council regarding for an update on legal matters and effects upon the finances of the City.

The City Attorneys, Gordon Tans and Mike Kreger, may participate telephonically as needed.

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommend approval and conduct immediately.
