SUBJ: NEW LIQUOR LICENSE RESTAURANT/EATING PLACE AND RESTAURANT DESIGNATION PERMIT FOR THE COSMIC KITCHEN.

Notice was received on January 7, 2004, from the ABC Board, New Liquor License Restaurant/Eating Place and Restaurant Designation Permit, received on January 8, 2004, for the Cosmic Kitchen.

The Restaurant Designation Permit provides for persons between the ages of 16 and 21 years to dine unaccompanied and for persons between the ages of 16 and 19 years to be employed.

Memorandum from Chief of Police and Letter from the Kenai Peninsula Borough are in non objection to the New Liquor License Restaurant/Eating Place and Restaurant Designation Permit for the Cosmic Kitchen.

RECOMMENDATION:

Voice non objection and approval to the New Liquor License Restaurant/Eating Place and Restaurant Designation Permit for the Cosmic Kitchen.
