R/C Land Improvements Lease
Attached is a SHORT
TERM
lease agreement with Marc Roderick and the City of Homer to lease a
portion of
lots 1 & 2 of Homer spit subdivision #5, to operate a log storage
yard.
The lease term is
from
January 24, 2004 through May 15, 2004, with no renewal options. The lease rate is $2,614.00 per month, plus
tax.
RECOMMENDATION:
Homer City Council
approval
of the attached lease agreement between the City of Homer and Marc
Roderick,
DBA R/C Land Improvements.
Fiscal Note:
Additional lease revenue to the port & harbor of $9,711 and
applicable
harbor fees, (dockage, wharfage, etc)
